Meet Randah Taher.
Founder of Sajory, a boutique consultancy that facilitates and nurtures cultures of innovation and creativity in the workplace.
She came to us with a unique challenge; revamp the Sajory brand and conceive design schemes for her two main offerings.
Imaginess by Sajory: a subscription package with sensory, divergent tools — items specifically designed to fuel creativity.
Mavericks by Sajory: a new facilitation platform to inspire intra-preneurs seeking to make impact in their organisations.
We solicited feedback from Randah, her board members and past subscribers, in order to dig deep into the brand and uncover what works and doesn’t. By playing on the brand’s core essence, Imagine Happiness, we set out imagine what her brand could evolve into.
Inspired by Randah’s exuberant and outgoing nature, we created collateral with serious bounce; items that vie for attention.
We refined the design direction, by selecting a key set of fonts, colours and illustrations. Our goal was to maintain quirkiness but also make it elegant so that teams would realise the careful curation behind each package.
The result is a brand full of vibrancy, creativity and swagger. Paired with zentangle illustrations, the collateral intrigue and excite.
Each Imaginess pouch has a selection of hand-picked sensory items. Stickers were developed so that the pouches can maintain flexibility and express themselves based on their respective themes.
We worked closely with the Sajory team to bring the brand to life on their new website. Using bold typography, illustrations and plenty of photos, the offerings are clearly explained to build trust and familiarity.
